- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize effective communication skills to assist clients via phone and email.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer information is up-to-date.
- Manage dispatching of services and coordinate with relevant departments as needed.
- Acquire city permits, Register equipment, File warranty claims, Stock supplies in warehouse.
- Employ computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks, to streamline operations.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and phone etiquette while interacting with customers.
Summary
