Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Remote Bilinguarl Telephone Agent to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional helpful representative between our company and current client’s customers. The ideal candidate will be able to receive and process calls in an effective, professional and timely manner; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. They will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Available shifts Eastern Time: 245pm-1045pm, 3pm-11pm
[must be available Saturday or Sunday night]
Responsibilities:
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls.
Take messages and dispatch them according to client’s instructions.
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
Obtain, enter and update all patient information in the patient’s electronic records to main accuracy for scheduling purposes.
Skills / Schedule Requirements:
[8] hour shift requirement on Saturday
1 Year PreviousCall Center Experience / Heavy Call Volume
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Computer Literate and must be able to type a minimum of 30-35 wpm
Responsible self starter who requires minimal supervision
High school diploma / GED
Bilingual - Spanish
Computer / Hardware Requirements:
PC: must be Windows 11 Home/Pro with standard keyboard/mouse
Laptop: must be Windows 11 Home/Pro with standard keyboard/mouse
Intel Core Processor or above [must be a new model computer]
8 GIG RAM minimum required
Anti-virus with firewall Fast Internet speed
Must have ability to hard wire into internet modem with Ethernet cord [NO WIFI ALLOWED]
Phone: working landline or cell phone
Headset: hands free & noise free canceling headset microphone that eliminates background sounds like dogs barking or people talking
