Our Customer Service and Dispatch Rep works from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday.
YOUR DAY
Here's a closer look at what you can expect in our HVAC office:

Maintain a friendly and professional attitude throughout the day

Answer phone calls from customers and respond to questions

Coordinate HVAC technicians' schedules and schedule service appointments

Efficiently dispatch technicians to each day's jobs

Sell comfort agreements, pull permits, and tackle other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS

Basic computer skills

Proficiency in Word and Excel

Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid work ethic

Time management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Reliability, punctuality, and self-motivation to succeed
HVAC and ServiceTitan experience is preferred, but not required.
