**MUST HAVE MEDICAL MASSAGE EXPERIENCE TO QUALIFY FOR THIS JOB**
Neurology practice seeks an experienced and flexible part time Licensed Medical Massage Therapist for our Port St. Lucie office.
We are looking for a massage therapist with medical massage experience who is organized, reliable, and professional that can work in our Port St. Lucie office. Full time is also available if interested.
Duties for the massage therapy role include:
- Following a treatment plan provided by the doctor
- Performing neuromuscular therapy on patients which will include modalities of massage, e-stim, ultrasound, applying heat/ice, mild stretching and exercises
- Giving instruction to the patient on stretches and exercises to be done at home, in conjuction with the treatment plan provided by the physician
- Documenting medical notes for each visit in eClinicalWorks (templated)
Pay rate: $29 per patient and each patient treatment is 1 hour.
Massage therapist can leave during gaps in schedule- therapist is not obligated to stay unless there are patients on the schedule.
Bilingual is a plus but not required. eClinicalWorks experience a plus. Willing to commute and work in our PGA office a plus but not required.
This role would be paid as a subcontractor (1099) and no health insurance is offered.
Pay: $29.00 per hour
