About the Position
We are looking for CDL-A Drivers for a Southeast Regional Fleet . This position offers consistent home time every weekend, 100% no touch freight, and a performance bonus starting your first full month. Pay & Compensation
- Experience based CPM — contact us for full pay details
- Average weekly earnings: $1,400/week
- Average weekly mileage: 2,300 miles
- Drive to Thrive Bonus: up to $0.03 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity — starts first full month after hire
- Detention pay: $12.50/hour after 2 hours
- Layover and breakdown pay: $100/day
- Short haul minimum pay:
- 0 to 50 miles: $100
- 51 to 100 miles: $120
- 101 to 150 miles: $140
- 151 to 200 miles: $160
- 201 to 250 miles: $180
- 251 to 300 miles: $200
- 301 miles and over: driver CPM rate
Trainer Opportunity
Experienced drivers can increase earnings significantly by becoming a driver trainer:
- Guaranteed $250/week while training
- Additional $0.05 CPM on all miles over 1,875/week
- Up to $400 safe student bonus per student upgrade
- Potential to earn $20,000 or more additionally per year
Trainer requirements: 1 year experience and 30 days with the company
Schedule & Home Time
- Home every Saturday and Sunday for 34-hour reset
- Southeast regional routes planned to get drivers home weekly
The Route
- Southeast regional fleet covering multiple states
- 100% no touch freight
- 50 to 60% drop and hook
- 40 to 50% live unload
Equipment
- 2023 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth tractors
- Late model well maintained equipment
