3rd Shift Packaging/Pulling Associate
Shift: 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Department: Shipping/Packaging
Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour plus $1.50 Shift Differential
Position Summary
A manufacturer of automotive fasteners is seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals for a 3rd Shift Packaging/Pulling position. Associates are responsible for preparing products for shipment, pulling orders, packaging finished goods, and ensuring inventory accuracy while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Pull customer orders accurately according to shipping schedules.
- Package and label products for shipment.
- Operate barcode scanners and maintain inventory records.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Unpack and sort incoming products and place materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
- Complete production and shipping documentation.
- Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
- Assist with additional warehouse and packaging duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good attendance and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Willingness to train on another shift if required.
- Previous warehouse, shipping, packaging, or forklift experience is helpful but not required.

Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
