As a Finance Manager, you will help our customers to understand and select the best finance, insurance, aftermarket options and products available for their vehicle. You will also be responsible for processing all deals accurately and efficiently for an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate has strong financial literacy, works well in a very fast paced and high-volume environment and can coach teammates to maximize profitability and guest experience.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases.
- Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
- Partner and coach sales people to maximize opportunity.
- Ensure that every guest has the best experience possible.
- Drive profitability through timely, accurate and compliant financial performance.
- Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
- Accurately prepares deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions & effectively closes deals.
- Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines.
- Ensure legal, financial and other pertinent paperwork is both accurate, timely and organized.
- Accurately audit team deals, post-sale and deeply analyze for improvements.
- Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.
Qualifications:
- Strong automotive sales and finance experience.
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
- Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
- Well-versed in title laws and registration process.
- Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills.
- Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills.
- Reliable attendance required.
