Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of swimming
- Enthusiastic personality with strong customer service skills. Bi-lingual is a plus.
- On-Time, follows schedules, and enforces safety procedures.
- Utilizes teaching methods and procedures of British Swim School.
- Demonstrate swim strokes appropriately.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct learn-to-swim classes in a fun/noisy environment
- Answer customer questions and concerns in a professional manner.
- Work a flexible schedule that will include weekends
- Work in an environment where noise levels are usually moderate to high and stand in the water for up to 5 consecutive hours.
Qualifications
- Lifeguard and/or CPR + First Aid (current preferred - or ability to obtain within 90 days of accepting employment).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
