What You’ll Do
- Perform routine maintenance and automotive repairs accurately and efficiently
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using appropriate tools and equipment
- Complete inspections and identify needed repairs or maintenance
- Work on a wide variety of Ford, Lincoln, performance, and custom vehicles
- Follow manufacturer and dealership procedures for quality and safety
- Communicate professionally with service advisors and fellow team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and help provide an exceptional customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of previous automotive service technician experience
- ASE certification required
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
- Dependable, motivated, and committed to quality workmanship
- Professional attitude and strong attention to detail
- Willingness to continue learning and developing your skills
