Head Server & Servers
We are looking for experienced, energetic, and professional Head Servers and Servers to join our restaurant team.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional guest service
- Take orders accurately and use the POS system
- Maintain strong knowledge of the menu and beverages
- Work closely with the kitchen and FOH team to ensure smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections
- Follow restaurant service standards and food safety procedures
- Head Server: Lead the server team during shifts, assign sections, assist with training, and help ensure smooth service operations
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant serving experience preferred
- Fine dining or upscale casual dining experience is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred for the Head Server position
- Evening and weekend availability
