We’re looking for energetic, motivated individuals who are passionate about fitness and enjoy helping others reach their goals. Whether you have previous sales experience or are eager to learn, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
This is a performance-driven position with hourly pay, uncapped commissions, bonuses, and a clear path to management.
What You’ll Do:
- Build relationships with prospective and current members
- Present membership options and close sales
- Generate new leads through outreach, referrals, and community events
- Follow up with prospects to help them achieve their fitness goals
- Meet or exceed individual and club sales goals
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming club environment
- Work as part of a high-energy, team-oriented culture
What We’re Looking For:

- Excellent communication and people skills
- Competitive mindset with a desire to succeed
- Passion for fitness and health
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Availability to work Sundays
