Summary: The Assessment and Inventory Tech is a key player in our operations, responsible for the meticulous evaluation and categorization of a diverse array of consumer items, ranging from clothing and accessories to appliances and electronics. This position requires keen attention to detail and is integral to the triage process, determining whether items proceed to repair, warranty, or resale. Training is provided for this dynamic role.
Incentives: Quarterly bonus up to $2000/quarter for high productivity & accuracy
Primary Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Conduct thorough assessments of incoming units, considering factors such as condition, functionality, and specifications.
- Categorize items into repair, warranty, or resale streams based on assessment results.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow and meet processing targets.
- Ensure accurate documentation of assessment outcomes for inventory and record-keeping purposes.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow established assessment guidelines.
- Proficient use of Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.) and basic computer applications.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during the 8-hour shifts.
- Comfortable lifting items weighing at least 30lbs, including bulky items like desktops, monitors, and AIOs.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
- Full-time availability, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
