Job Description:
- Open and winterize pools in accordance with company procedures
- Perform weekly, biweekly or monthly maintenance of pools and/or spas which includes cleaning, checking chemicals, etc.
- Perform minor tile, coping plaster, masonry repairs
- Measure, install and repair safety pool covers
- Fill out necessary paperwork in a timely manner
- Works well both independently and on a team
- Maintain a clean, stocked company truck
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers
- Multiple jobs given at the start of the day that MUST get accomplished by the end of the day
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Diagnose and repair pool equipment - includes but not limited to: pumps, motors, heaters, etc.
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be willing to work overtime and some Saturdays during the busy time of the season
- Must have reliable transportation to and from our shop in Telford, PA
- Must be able to work outside in all types of weather
- Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- High School diploma or equivalent
- **Experience is a huge plus but again we are willing to train the right person
Benefits:
NOTE: This is a full-time, seasonal position. Our season usually runs from late March until about late October/early November. With this being said, the summer months are our busiest time of the year please keep this in mind when planning vacations. If you are a traveler in the summer, this position won't be suitable for either party involved. Thank you!
