Job Overview:
We are seeking a FUN, passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. At Fusion Athletics you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and preparing them for their educational journey.
Duties:
- Provide a nurturing and supportive environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster a love for learning through hands-on experiences and interactive play
- Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing feedback to parents/guardians as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean environment
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure the overall success of the program
Skills:
- Childcare: Understanding of child development principles and ability to provide a safe and nurturing environment.
- Classroom management: Skill in maintaining order in the classroom and managing behavior effectively.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Pass a background check
CPR Certified within 14 days of employment.
Ideal Candidate will have some early childhood experience or education or willing to take additional classes within 6 months.
Hours vary between 9am until 5pm apprx 20-30 hours a week.
