Sweet Community Services is seeking a dependable and organized Assistant Director of PAC & Residential Services to support our programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role is ideal for someone who has experience with the Indiana Medicaid Waiver who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
The Assistant Director will serve as a primary point of contact for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and assist with daily operations across PAC and residential programs. This position reports directly to the Director of PAC and Residential Services. Responsibilities include assisting with scheduling, supporting residential transitions, coordinating meet and greets, completing quarterly reports, assisting with new hire onboarding and training, conducting house drop-ins and inspections to ensure state compliance, attending appointments as needed, and participating in state quarterly and annual meetings. This role requires someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a leadership support position with flexibility as needs arise.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with rotational on-call weekends and shift coverage as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in residential or community-based programs serving individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs.
- Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with Individuals, families, staff, and community partners.
- Experience supervising teams, managing budgets, and overseeing administrative functions effectively.
- Knowledge of behavioral health practices, regulations governing residential services, and best practices in working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Excellent organizational skills combined with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
