Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible upkeep and general maintenance of spot welding cells, robotic mig welding cells and all associated fixturing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and a passion for problem solving, enabling them to contribute effectively to our innovative projects.
Duties
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues related to robotic operations. and spot-welding process.
- Read and interpret blueprints to facilitate accurate assembly and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement lean manufacturing principles.
- Ensure compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards during all operations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications performed on all weld cells.
Qualifications
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems effectively.
- Experience with root cause analysis methodologies to enhance system reliability.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices to optimize production efficiency.
- Ability to read and understand schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
