Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Pay: $18 - $20 per hour

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of merchandise from the Distribution Center to retail stores. You'll work closely with warehouse management to keep operations running efficiently and accurately, contributing to a well-organized and productive environment.
What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Sorting merchandise (by piece or case) from stacks or pallets and placing it in the appropriate store’s freight area
- Pricing merchandise according to distribution or split sheets and directed instructions
- Helping load and unload trucks and vans, wrapping pallets, and locating/storing warehouse inventory
- Splitting merchandise in line with company purchase orders
- Identifying damages and shortages in merchandise
- Locating merchandise within the Distribution Center using current technology and procedures
- Operating hand trucks, dollies, pallet jacks (manual and electric), forklifts, and reach trucks as needed
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- No prior experience required—we train new team members!
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs multiple times and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and walking
- A willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Newcastle and offers flexible shifts: four days of day or night shifts, with some overtime possibilities. Day shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 3:40 pm and night shift: Sunday-Thursday, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm.
