Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Test Technician responsible for performing product testing at multiple stages of the assembly process. This role ensures products meet quality standards and specifications before advancing to the next phase, helping to deliver a high-quality final product.

Key Responsibilities
- Test assemblies at various stages to ensure conformance with engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions
- Perform testing and inspection to identify defects and ensure product accuracy
- Document test results clearly and report issues to supervisors or engineering teams
- Collaborate with production teams to communicate findings and support corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout testing processes
- Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with company standards
- Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance product quality and testing efficiency
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support production and company goals

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry
- Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or inspection preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions
- Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Familiarity with quality standards (ISO, AS9100, IPC-A-610) is a plus

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand or walk for 8–10 hours and perform repetitive tasks
- Frequent use of hands and fine motor skills for detailed testing and inspection
- Frequent bending, reaching, and handling of small parts and tools
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally using proper lifting techniques
- Strong visual acuity for detailed inspection work
- Ability to wear required PPE (safety glasses, gloves, etc.)

Work Environment
- Fast-paced manufacturing setting with production and quality targets
- Moderate noise levels depending on production area
- Clean and organized workspace with adherence to safety standards
- May require compliance with ISO or other regulated environments
Pay: $26/hr.
Long term contract– 12 months potential to extend
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
