Join a dedicated team specializing in high-quality hardscape and landscape installations. As an Install Technician, you will play a key role in transforming outdoor spaces by installing paver systems, retaining walls, steps, lighting, irrigation, turf, and more. This is a hands-on, in-person position where you will work closely with the Crew Lead and help train apprentices, all while maintaining a safe, efficient, and professional work environment. Prepare and set up job sites, including reviewing daily plans and design details with the Crew Lead

Set up and maintain tools, equipment, and materials for each project

Perform grading, excavation, and base installation according to project specifications

Install paver systems, edge restraints, polymeric sand, retaining walls, steps, coping, and caps to precise standards

Safely operate equipment such as skid steers, mini skids, compactors, saws, and mini excavators

Assist with irrigation, lighting, turf, and softscape installation as needed

Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout each project

Follow plans, elevations, and layout dimensions accurately

Verify installation quality before moving to the next phase of work

Report material needs or issues promptly to the Crew Lead

Help train and mentor apprentices on basic tasks and safety practices

Consistently adhere to safety protocols and use required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Meet production goals and maintain high standards of quality with minimal rework

High school diploma or GED preferred
-
Legal documentation to verify employment eligibility

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions

Reliable transportation to and from work

Experience with paver and retaining wall installation is a plus

Ability to safely operate skid steers, mini skids, and other relevant equipment

Ability to read grade, slope, and layout dimensions and install to specifications

Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and commitment to safety
$20.00 $23.00 per hour
Full-time, 10-hour shifts, with expected hours of 4555 per week. Overtime pay available.
