Phoenixville Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Employee Health Services team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who is looking for a consistent weekday schedule while continuing to make a meaningful impact in a hospital setting. The Employee Health RN helps support the health, safety, and well-being of employees, students, and team members across Phoenixville Hospital and other Tower Health entities.
The Employee Health Services RN provides occupational health services that help employees remain healthy, safe, and able to perform their work responsibilities.
Responsibilities include:

Evaluating and supporting employees following workplace injuries or health concerns

Providing follow-up care for bloodborne pathogen exposures
-
Managing follow-up related to communicable disease exposures
-
Supporting employee health screenings and required clearances
-
Maintaining accurate employee health documentation
-
Educating employees regarding workplace health and safety
-
Collaborating with hospital leaders, infection prevention, and other departments
-
Ensuring services are provided in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements

Monday through Friday daytime schedule

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Completion and maintenance of all required competencies and training for the role

Relevant registered nursing experience required

Occupational health, employee health, emergency department, infection prevention, or ambulatory nursing experience is preferred

Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license

Current BLS certification
