Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Store Support Representative in Field Services on a 12-month contract, where your energetic approach and exceptional communication skills will drive success across multiple locations. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining store efficiency, supporting client needs, and fostering positive relationships while traveling across your designated territory.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customer’s employees, their management personnel and their customers on a daily basis providing best in class levels of customer service
- Adhere to program directives as communicated by client and customer
- Provide Sales and Marketing Support to customer
- Provide Customer training as required
- Assist customers in ensuring recommended consumables are in stock. Tasks include supporting organization, cleanliness, and inventory management of consumables
- Perform basic equipment and software installation, removal, product and site aesthetics/cleaning, and project-related activities
- Evaluate equipment condition and provide reports
- Interact and work with internal field representatives to ensure best in class service
- Maintain professional appearance based on Company policy
- Follow proper safety procedures at all times
- Travel to multiple customer locations on a daily basis
- Perform daily data entry into multiple applications as required
- Schedule customer visits according to a variety of indicators and at the direction of our customers’ needs
REQUIRED:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years customer service
- Outgoing personality
- 1 year of administration experience
- Excellent driving record
- Experience with daily travel that includes long distances
- Technical aptitude with cell phones and internet
* Travel Requirements: Employees will be provided with a cell phone, vehicle, gas reimbursement, and credit card for travel expenses and are expected to visit stores daily.
PREFERRED:
- iPhone and Google Workspace Suite knowledgeable
- 1 year of retail or merchandising field service experience
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
