We are seeking a Senior Inventory Analyst to join our Operational Accounting team in Dallas on a long-term contract basis. This role is responsible for end-to-end accounting and analysis of inventory movements across multiple transportation and operational channels.

Manage the daily inventory reconciliation process across assigned locations, facilities, or operational channels

Ensure accurate accounting and reporting for high-volume transactional data across multiple systems

Investigate and resolve discrepancies with urgency and precision

Analyze financial results and provide actionable insights to support business performance

Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and accuracy

Support revenue reconciliation and billing validation processes

Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements to streamline workflows

Track and report on key performance metrics, driving continuous improvement
