Sip-N-Sea: Coffee + Açaí is located in the beautiful Leucadia community of Encinitas! Just a few minutes away from Beacons, Grandview and Ponto Beach, we are a small coastal family-owned cafe specializing in coffee, smoothies, fresh-pressed juices and açaí bowls. Our IDEAL CANDIDATE has a positive cheerful personality, willingness to learn, committed to work at least 1 year with us, and has an open schedule availability. Previous experience in customer service is preferred, as well as fine attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. We are willing to train candidates with no previous coffee if they meet all of these qualifications. Must be able to commit to Saturdays and Sundays.
As a new company with a drive to grow, we are looking for committed long-term baristas to promote from within and grow with us.
STARTING PAY IS $16.90 - BETWEEN $5-$9 Per Hour in tips included with every shift!

Requirements:
- Must be able to work weekdays and weekends

- Must be friendly and personable. We are looking for candidates that work well under pressure in a fast paced environment, have a strong work ethic, and work well with others
- Capable of working on a manual espresso machine, and dial in the grinder frequently throughout the shift
