Duties
- Operate tow trucks to transport vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Respond promptly to law enforcement, roadside assistance calls, including breakdowns, accidents, and vehicle recovery.
- Conduct basic automotive diagnostics and repairs as needed on-site.
- Load and unload vehicles using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and vehicle conditions.
- Communicate effectively with customers to assess their needs and provide updates.
- Manage conflicts with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on tow trucks to ensure safety and reliability.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A driver's license is required with a clean driving record
- Clean Criminal Background- A MUST
- Must be 21 years old or older
- Must pass a Live Scan background check
- Must pass drug screening
- Strong conflict management skills to handle various customer situations effectively.
- Proficient in operating manual transmission vehicles.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
