Job Description:
We are seeking a thorough, hard-working housekeeper/cleaner to assist our real estate business with apartment turns and deep cleanings on an intermittent basis. The schedule is flexible but light, averaging 1-2 days a week for roughly 4 to 8 hours. We also manage short term rentals and need someone with a flexible schedule to clean on short notice for an hour or two at a time, possibly several times a week.

We need a cleaner who truly embraces "elbow grease." The ideal candidate doesn't shy away from heavy scrubbing, can tackle a tough kitchen or bathroom, and leaves a unit looking immaculate from top to bottom. If you get genuine satisfaction out of transforming a messy space into a sparkling, rentable apartment, you will love working with us.
Duties Include:
- Deep scrubbing bathrooms (tubs, tile, grout, toilets).
- Detailed kitchen cleaning (inside/behind ovens and refrigerators, cabinets).
- Wiping down baseboards, window tracks, and light fixtures.
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
Details:
- Rate: $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
- All professional cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment are provided on-site.
- Must be reliable, trustworthy, and have an eye for the small details that others miss.
