Your Responsibilities
- Follow our proven listing acquisition systems and processes
- Speak with highly motivated homeowners throughout Florida
- Conduct listing appointments virtually or in person if absolutely necessary
- Convert opportunities into signed listing agreements
- Guide sellers from the initial consultation through closing
- Maintain organized CRM records and consistent follow-up
- Participate in coaching, training, and accountability sessions
- Represent The Ronald Ryder Group with professionalism and integrity
Requirements
- Possess a Florida Real Estate License (active or eligible for activation with Richard Peters Realty, LLC)
- Strong work ethic and self-discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Coachable mindset and willingness to follow proven systems
- Desire to build a long-term listing business
