Pay: $18-$20/hr (based on experience)
Shift: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri
Responsibilities: Maintenance Technician
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
- Perform maintenance on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Maintain and repair building systems including lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and general facility components.
- Complete and document preventative maintenance on machines and building equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests to minimize downtime.
- Assist with installation, setup, and relocation of machinery or facility equipment.
- Ensure the facility and equipment remain safe, functional, and operating efficiently.
Qualifications: Maintenance Technician
- High School Diploma or GED required (or equivalent work experience).
- At least 1 year of experience in industrial maintenance, machine repair, or building maintenance preferred.
- Working knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and basic facility maintenance.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, or blueprints is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Good communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and seek assistance when needed.
Physical Requirements: Maintenance Technician
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent walking throughout the facility.
- Bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work with arms at or above shoulder height when required.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
