Production Experience Coordinator
Grace Presbyterian Church is looking for an energetic, creative team member to support the technical and hospitality aspects of Sunday worship, ensuring worship services are presented smoothly both in-person and online while helping create a welcoming experience for everyone participating in worship.
This is a nonexempt, part-time job of 3 hours per week on Sunday mornings
Primary Responsibilities:
Worship Technology
Verify worship slides during band rehearsal.
Prepare Reader's Theater slides and media prior to worship.
Operate presentation software during worship.
Control sanctuary cameras and oversee livestream production.
Monitor audio/video quality throughout the service.
Troubleshoot minor technical issues as they arise.
Online Worship
Upload worship services to YouTube following each service.
Ensure online content is properly titled, described, and organized.
Maintain hallway digital signage.
Worship Hospitality
Welcome worship leaders, musicians, readers, and volunteers.
Help coordinate smooth transitions during worship.
Assist guests and volunteers with technology-related needs.
Support an atmosphere of hospitality and excellence throughout the morning.
General
Communicate technical needs to staff.
Assist with seasonal worship events as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Comfortable operating presentation and video equipment.
Calm under pressure and able to troubleshoot quickly.
Reliable Sunday morning attendance.
Friendly and collaborative spirit.
Education and Experience
Experience with projections and streaming software is preferred.
Experience working in a church, nonprofit, or other community-based organization is helpful but not required.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
