Inergroup is hiring immediately for Warehouse Associate positions in St. Charles, IL. This role currently includes 10 hours of overtime per week, bringing total weekly pay to $880 (based on a $16/hour base rate). Schedule is 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM. No experience required — paid training provided!
Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and label lightweight products such as office supplies, beauty items, and household goods
Perform quality checks to inspect products for any defects or damages
Transport materials and products throughout the warehouse
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols
Work collaboratively with a team to meet production and shipping goals
What You'll Need: Qualifications
No Experience Necessary! We provide full on-the-job training for all new hires
Must have basic English communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to stand for the entire shift and walk frequently throughout the facility
