Brand Experience Lead
Location: Hybrid – Bridgewater, NJ (In-office 3 days per week)
Reports To: Head of Kerasal
Compensation: $90,000– $110,000 base salary

Position Overview
The Brand Experience Lead will play a key role in driving Kerasal’s brand strategy and consumer experience across multiple touchpoints. This individual will support integrated marketing campaigns, help strengthen brand equity, and lead execution across a variety of high-impact marketing initiatives.
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong creative instincts, and enjoys bringing ideas to life through compelling storytelling and consumer-focused marketing.
The Brand Experience Lead will work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and cross-functional partners to help drive brand growth and deliver a best-in-class consumer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and help shape Kerasal’s long-term brand strategy and business planning initiatives
- Lead execution of integrated consumer marketing campaigns from concept through launch across paid and owned channels
- Ensure strong and consistent brand expression across creative assets, messaging, packaging, and consumer touchpoints
- Partner closely with media, communications, PR, and agency partners to deliver cohesive and impactful storytelling
- Lead PR activations, events, and consumer engagement initiatives
- Support claims and clinical development initiatives in partnership with R&D and regulatory teams
- Manage execution of marketing initiatives including review generation, healthcare professional programs, consumer promotions, packaging refreshes, and related projects
- Drive commercialization project management by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional execution
- Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for innovation and brand growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Sales, Operations, Regulatory, and external partners to support successful brand execution
QualificationsRequired Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant marketing or brand management experience, preferably within personal care, beauty, consumer healthcare, lifestyle, or CPG industries
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, campaign execution, and consumer marketing
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within a fast-paced environment
- Strong creative instincts with the ability to evaluate work through both a brand and consumer lens
- Experience collaborating with internal teams and external agency partners
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, and retail channels
- Passion for storytelling, consumer engagement, and trend tracking
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a highly collaborative and solutions-oriented approach
- Experience within high-growth or fast-paced brand environments preferred
