Overview
Join our team as an Insulation Installer and become a vital part of creating energy-efficient, comfortable, and sustainable building environments. In this role, you will be responsible for installing various types of insulation materials across residential neighborhoods. Your expertise will help improve building performance while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, and install different insulation materials such as fiberglass, foam board, spray foam, and mineral wool according to project specifications and technical drawings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute insulation layouts and ensure proper fitment
- Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and scaffolding safely to access hard-to-reach areas on construction sites
- Collaborate with carpenters, masons, roofers, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate installation efforts effectively
- Apply caulking, sealing techniques, and trim to ensure insulation is airtight and meets quality standards
- Assist in fabricating custom insulation components or modifications based on project needs using cutting techniques when required
- Read and interpret building plans and blueprints to determine the correct placement of insulation materials across various structures
Qualifications
- Prior experience in construction site work or building insulation installation is highly preferred but not necessary
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and safety equipment related to construction work
- Ability to climb ladders safely and work comfortably at heights for extended periods
- Familiarity with framing carpentry, drywall is a plus
- Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship are key skills for this position.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
