Responsibilities
- Originate and evaluate commercial loan applications, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis using Excel data analysis techniques to assess risk, creditworthiness, and lending potential.
- Manage the entire loan process from initial client consultation through documentation, approval, and servicing, including TILA (Truth in Lending Act) compliance.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals, providing expert advice on mortgage services, banking products, and commercial lending options.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, loan contracts, and processing steps within financial software systems.
- Lead team initiatives aimed at improving loan processing efficiency and customer service quality.
Skills
- Proven experience in loan origination, commercial lending, or banking with a strong understanding of lending procedures and risk assessment.
- Extensive knowledge of financial services, including mortgage services, banking regulations, and financial compliance standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting; familiarity with financial software is a plus.
- Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and professionally.
- Guidelines related to mortgage and commercial lending.
- Ability to perform basic math accurately

- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in team collaboration or team leadership roles within a banking or financial environment.
