Coastal Medical Staffing is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate for a unique opportunity with a well-established, wellness-focused medical practice in the Pooler and Statesboro area.
This role is ideal for providers looking to step away from high-volume, insurance-driven care and into a more personalized, patient-centered model focused on hormone optimization, preventative care, and long-term outcomes.
About the Role
- Primarily in-office position with a mix of in-person and telehealth visits
- Telehealth is integrated into the daily workflow and typically conducted from the clinic

What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-depth consultations (in-person and telehealth) for new and existing patients
- Review labs, medical history, and develop personalized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed
- Educate patients on hormone optimization, lifestyle changes, and preventative care
- Collaborate closely with a supportive clinical team
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate (NP/PA)
- Strong communication skills and ability to build patient relationships
- Interest in functional, preventative, or integrative medicine (training provided)
- Comfortable with longer, more in-depth patient visits
- Coachable, team-oriented, and open to feedback
