Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and during check-in/check-out processes, providing outstanding customer service through multi-line phone systems and front desk interactions.
- Manage overnight reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, verifying charges, payments, and billing details to maintain financial accuracy.
- Monitor security cameras and conduct property inspections to ensure safety protocols are followed and respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents following hotel emergency procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues with customer service problem-solving skills, and communicate effectively with multilingual or bilingual guests to enhance guest relations.
- Maintain detailed logs of shift activities, incident reports, and audit documentation while ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Support the overall operations of the hotel during night hours by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is highly preferred, especially in front desk or night audit roles.
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), particularly OPERA or similar platforms used in hotel management.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations, phone etiquette, and hospitality standards.
- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages or bilingual capacity is a plus to serve diverse clientele.
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, security protocols, and resort experience enhances your ability to handle night-time responsibilities confidently.
- Experience working with multi-line phone systems and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment is essential for success in this role.
