Job Description
Cabrillo Management is currently looking for a Director of Sales for their Texas portfolio. The right candidate's primary responsibility is to manage the sales process while providing excellent customer service. This person will continuously work with onsite staff to ensure the sales process is vetted from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have in- depth knowledge of sales strategy, lead management, and market analysis, and be proficient in Elements (or similar CRM) to implement effective marketing and sales strategies.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Serve as primary contact for Sales people at all TX communities and will be responsible for reporting on each community to VP of Sales.
· Create goals for each salesperson on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis to be reviewed.
· Recruit, hire, train, and mentor sales managers and account representatives. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high achievement.
· Oversee pipeline health and provide accurate weekly, quarterly, and annual revenue forecasts to executive leadership, through CRM system.
· Maintain accurate documentation of transaction from sale through loan, options, and construction
· Continually source new sales opportunities
· Create and provides to management a marketing plan for establishing new customer relationships
· Network and perform outreach to outside realtors
· Develop and maintain good rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members
· Manage time efficiently, meet sales goals and work effectively with other members of the team
· Maintain and expand database of prospects
· Attend sales meetings (as required)
· Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
· Execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards
· Keep up to date with local rental comparisons and knowledge of the park and the surrounding community
· Report to upper management daily and record all metrics in company
CRM system
Experience & Qualifications
· A proven record in manufactured housing sales.
· 5+ years in Mobile Home Dealership or Sales experience, with management
· experience preferred.
· Experience with CRM Software
· Some construction knowledge
· In-depth knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and compliance.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively
· present information and respond to questions from stakeholders.
· Strong interpersonal skills, with a commitment to fostering a positive and
· inclusive work environment.
· Strong and robust customer service and sales skills with a history of success.
· Ability to communicate effectively with potential customers, sales leadership
· and the operations team.
· Detail oriented
· Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
· Ability to work from a dedicated home office with a reliable internet
· connection.
· Familiarity with remote collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Teams.
· Availability during specific hours for team meetings, typically between 9 AM
· and 5 PM PST
· Occasionally required to attend in-person meetings or events as needed.

Schedule
- 8-hour shifts
- Monday through Friday

The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and able to identify and troubleshoot basic maintenance issues. The Maintenance Technician should be comfortable working independently while also being able to work effectively with the maintenance and property management teams.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
