Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the technical team, providing guidance and support.
- Oversee product inspections and performance of medical equipment.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
- Develop and implement technical training programs for staff and clients.
- Prepare and maintain accurate service and quality records/ transactions of work
Performed
- Provide technical support to customers and resolve escalated issues.
- Represent the company in a service role and take responsibility for customer satisfaction.
Increase customer’s loyalty by professionally communicating with them.
- Assist Sales Team with service and training of equipment to Customers and Dealer Network in-house or at customer sites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, electronics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in medical equipment technical management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of FDA, ISO, and other medical industry regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills including strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
- Willing to travel overseas.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
