Job Site Superintendent for heavy and sitework construction specializing in earthwork, sheeting and shoring, utility, paving, site and public works.
Candidate will be responsible for supervising building sitework and public works projects. At minimum, duties include:
- Daily supervision of labor and equipment crews to ensure that work is being completed efficiently and within estimated line item budgets and schedule.
- Daily Scheduling of manpower and equipment and planning of job operations.
- Coordination with the General Superintendent.
- Daily reporting of labor and equipment time and bid item cost coding.
- Ability to manage people efficiently and maintain good working relationships with General Contractors and Owners.
Minimum of Five (5) years’ experience in a Supervisory capacity as a Site Foreman or Superintendent for Earthwork, Utility and Site Construction.
