JOB SUMMARY AND PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Amenity Manager
Primary Responsibilities Include:
· Open/Close Amenity Center Facility
· Ensure Only Resident Use of Facilities
· Monitor Resident Use of Amenity Center
· Monitor Resident Use of Pool Area
· Monitor Resident Use of Fitness Room
· Monitor Resident Use of Playground
· Ensure Cleanliness of Facilities
· Enforce District Policies
· Issuing Access Cards
· Planning and hosting resident special events
· Send Resident updates Via Email Blast
· Communicate via phone or email with residents
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
· Strong organizational and communication skills. Prior supervisory experience recommended, but not required. This position reports directly to the on-site Amenity Center Manager. Occasional holidays may be required. Working outdoors/poolside is required at times. Weekends required.
