- Supervise and support Service Technicians
-
Assist with diagnosing mechanical issues and recommending repairs when needed
-
Ensure repairs are completed to safety and quality standards
-
Review completed work and perform road tests as needed

Help maintain a safe, clean, well-organized shop
- Assist the Service Advisor with greeting customers, writing repair orders, and estimating repair costs within guidelines

Support warranty documentation and ensure warranty parts are handled correctly

Work with customers to support shop scheduling and pre-plan part requirements
-
Escalate customer concerns to the Service Manager so issues are resolved before delivery
- Encourage safe work practices and report safety concerns

Follow company safety policies and procedures
- Stay current on warranty, technical updates, and leadership skills through ongoing training
- High School Diploma or General Education degree (GED), and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum four years of experience in a dealership environment, including a proven service background and knowledge of warranties.

Must have excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills.

Excellent leadership abilities and a positive, can-do attitude.

CDL preferred but not required.

Strong work ethic and commitment to the role.

May occasionally be required to lift to 50 lbs.

Must be able to bend, squat, and twist as needed. If needed or required, stand for extended periods; for example, 4-8 hours.
