VINCA on Pearl is a family-owned restaurant dedicated to Modern European cuisine, seasonal ingredients, and genuine hospitality. We are seeking a dependable and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team.

What You'll Do
- Prepare and execute menu items according to VINCA recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station throughout service
- Work collaboratively with chefs and fellow cooks during busy service periods
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards
- Assist with prep, stocking, and daily kitchen organization
- Monitor product quality and communicate inventory needs to kitchen leadership
- Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen culture
- Support special events, private dining, and seasonal menu changes as needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous line cook experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to consistency
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Food safety knowledge is a plus

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
