Sport Pulse is hiring immediately for you to join our team in a full-time or part-time position. In this role, you will be the face of Sport Pulse. Our Associates are dedicated to delivering exceptional and consistent customer experiences that positively impact sales growth in our store.

Positions we are hiring for (Full-Time + Part-Time):
Retail Merchandise Associates (Sales Associates)
- Responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the Store.
- Assigned to work various tasks of the Store, including merchandise presentation, processing returns, restocking, and customer service.
- Greets interacts with customers on a regular basis, and helps with daily operation logistics.
Requirements for the above roles:
· Must be at least 16 years of age.
· Strong customer service and communication skills required.
· Ability to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends.
· Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds required. Ability to unload freight, to move product on and off of store shelves, to walk, stand, bend, stoop, or kneel and move freely throughout store on a continual basis.
· Must have basic computer skills or the ability to learn.
· Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
· Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
· Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts according to established operating procedures.
· Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards.
· Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participates in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store.
· Provides and accepts ongoing recognition and constructive feedback.
