As a Night Auditor, you will:
- Deliver outstanding guest service by greeting and assisting guests during overnight hours.
- Balance daily transactions, verify and post financial data, and prepare accurate reports.
- Act as the overnight ambassador, responding promptly to guest inquiries and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment.
- Manage late-night check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with precision and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
- A hospitality enthusiast with prior experience in front desk operations (preferred but not required).
- Someone with excellent attention to detail, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to work independently.
- A professional with strong communication and organizational skills.
- A team player with a flexible schedule, available to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
