We handle hotels, flights, and ground transport for touring acts — everything from club runs to arena legs across North America and Europe. Our clients are tour managers and production teams who value our years of touring experience to book the right travel for their needs.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to queries and book travel arrangements, keeping all relevant records accurately updated
- Design and create detailed PowerPoint presentations for artist hotels
- Action and complete GDS and PNR tasks, using Sabre for flights
- Book group and individual hotel accommodations
- Complete credit card authorizations
- Collect folios
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of travel management experience, preferably in touring — or 5+ years of experience as a tour manager
- GDS experience, preferably Sabre
- Good working knowledge of Google Docs
- This role is fully remote. We prefer candidates based on the West Coast — our clients load out late, and a Pacific-based agent extends our coverage into the hours tours need it most.
PAY$52,000–$62,000 base, plus a share of net commission
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
