Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, with a focus on outside sales and business development. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective territory management, lead generation, and account management.
Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Conduct outside sales activities including cold calling and direct sales to generate new business opportunities
- Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data
- Deliver product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our offerings
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and drive lead generation efforts
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our products
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or technology sales, with a strong understanding of account management principles
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation, territory management, and direct sales techniques
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and develop effective strategies
- Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Exceptional communication skills with a customer-centric approach
