Job Description: We’re looking for a reliable, experienced, and cross-trained cook to join our kitchen team. You’ll rotate across multiple stations, ensuring smooth kitchen operations and consistent food quality, even during peak hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work across multiple kitchen stations (grill, sauté, fry, prep, etc.)
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols
- Assist with prep and cleaning as needed
- Communicate and work efficiently with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen
- Cross-trained on all kitchen stations
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
