Server / Bartender – Red Room

Red Room (Previously Queen's Cabaret) is preparing to open its doors and is seeking experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Servers and Bartenders to join our opening team. We are looking for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced nightlife and hospitality environment while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to all guests
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest concerns professionally
- Maintain a positive attitude during high-volume service periods
- Follow company standards for service and guest experience
- Bartenders must have knowledge of cocktail preparation and bar operations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the service industry (required)
- Must be 21+ years old to work
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Team-player mentality
- Open availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
Availability Requirements
Applicants must be available for:
- One weekday opening shift starting at 4:00 PM
- One brunch shift weekly
- Closing shifts until 2:00 AM
- Weekend closing availability (required)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in nightlife, lounges, restaurants, or hospitality venues
- Bartending experience (for bartender applicants)
- Knowledge of POS systems Toast
OPEN INTERVIEWS
Wednesday July 1st from 7:00-9:00 PM

- Arrive dressed professionally in all black
- Bring a printed resume
- Bring their Social Security Card for employment verification
