Pay: $90,000 - $120,000+ per year
Compensation: Full Commission-Based
Schedule: On-Call Availability Required
Position Overview
East Coast Towing is seeking motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Roadside Service Technicians to join our growing team in the Raleigh area. This is a full commission-based position with high earning potential for individuals who are driven to succeed and provide exceptional service to motorists in need.
Responsibilities
- Respond to roadside assistance calls in a safe and timely manner.
- Provide services including:
- Tire changes
- Jump starts
- Vehicle lockouts
- Fuel deliveries
- Basic roadside assistance services
- Maintain professional communication with customers, dispatchers, and team members.
- Accurately document services performed and customer information.
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices.
- Keep equipment and service vehicles clean and in proper working condition.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move equipment as required.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be willing to work an on-call schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Prior roadside assistance, towing, automotive, or mechanical experience is required!
