Spearhead intramural programming and wellness initiatives for both students and staff.Be a Positive Role Model: Embrace our en loco parentis philosophy, modeling positive participation and building meaningful, respectful connections.Promote Independence: Utilize individual wellness plans, monitor progress, and teach essential healthy living skills.Collaborate & Communicate: Partner closely with an interdisciplinary team (teachers, advisors, parents, and leadership) to ensure consistent, supportive student care.Explore & Adventure: Drive school vehicles (no special license required!) to transport students to exciting off-campus programs, field trips, and events.Keep Environments Safe: Maintain state-of-the-art fitness and sports equipment, oversee facility cleanliness, and utilize Safety Care training to ensure a secure environment.What Were Looking ForEducation & Experience: A degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, Recreation, or a related fieldand/or hands-on experience working with children and adolescents with learning differences in a recreational setting or the willingness to engage in professional development to gain the knowledge necessary.
