JOB TITLE: Pneumatic Instrumentation Technician
REPORTS TO: Operations Manager
CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt

SUMMARY
The Pneumatic Instrumentation Technician is responsible for the installation, fabrication, troubleshooting, and maintenance of pneumatic instrumentation and stainless steel tubing systems for oil and gas production facilities while performing quality installations that meet customer specifications and company safety standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Install, bend, route, and terminate stainless steel tubing for pneumatic and instrumentation systems.
- Install tubing fittings, regulators, filters, gauges, valves, actuators, pilots, and pneumatic control equipment.
- Perform pressure testing, leak testing, troubleshooting, and startup of pneumatic systems.
- Follow all company procedures, customer specifications, Quality Control requirements, and applicable API standards.
- Complete all required installation documentation and testing records.
- Travel to customer job sites and comply with all customer and company safety requirements.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and customers to ensure timely project completion.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions, noise, and industrial environments.
- Regular standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to wear required PPE.
- Travel up to 75%.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Two (2) years of experience with pneumatic instrumentation, stainless steel tubing installation, or oilfield instrumentation preferred.
- Experience with compression tube fittings (Swagelok, Parker, Ham-Let, or equivalent) preferred.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to safely operate hand tools, tubing benders, and testing equipment.
