Advanced Practice ProviderNP/PA | Multi-Service Outpatient Clinic
Full-Time | Generally 34 - 36 Hours per Week | Omaha, Nebraska
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 annually - depending on experience
About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to join our multidisciplinary outpatient practice and provide care across several established and growing lines of service and treatment.
Our practice has historically focused heavily on nonsurgical knee pain treatment, while continuing to expand into IV therapy, medical weight management, allergy services, SoftWave therapy, hormone-related care, and other complementary outpatient service lines.
This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys variety, is comfortable working in an evolving clinical environment, and is interested in helping develop new and expanding areas of a practice rather than working exclusively within one specialty.
The ideal candidate will be adaptable and comfortable contributing to a practice that continues to build a stronger and more innovative infrastructure.
The ideal candidate is clinically confident, personable, adaptable, and excited by the opportunity to learn and support multiple service lines.
Schedule
This is a full-time salaried position averaging approximately 34 - 36 paid hours per week.
Typical schedule:
- Monday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

The position is expected to include a flexible combination of:
- Approximately 50% nonsurgical knee care
- SoftWave therapy referrals
- Allergy services
- Medical weight management
- TRT/hormone-related care, as appropriate to provider credentials and scope
- IV therapy
- New and developing service lines
Knee care currently represents a significant portion of our patient volume; however, expanding complementary and higher-value outpatient services continue to evolve.
The provider joining our team should be comfortable with a role that evolves as the practice grows and expands.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting new-patient and follow-up evaluations

- Providing clinical oversight for IV treatments
- Supporting allergy evaluation and treatment programs
- Evaluating patients for SoftWave and other noninvasive treatment services
- Participating in TRT/hormone-related services when appropriate and consistent with training and scope
- Reviewing patient histories, medications, diagnostic information, and relevant imaging
- Providing patient education and answering clinical questions
- Documenting care accurately and timely within the EHR
- Collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, clinical owners and support staff, as well as operations
- Following established clinical protocols and SOPs
- Helping refine clinical workflows as programs develop
- Participating in training for new services when appropriate
- Recognizing when existing patients may benefit from another clinically appropriate service offered by the practice
- Supporting the successful launch and development of new service lines and nutritional supplementation.
